Tony Kernon BSc (Hons), MRAC, MRICS, FBIAC Tony is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants and a graduate in Rural Land Management. He specialises in rural planning and assessing the effects of land use change on agricultural, equestrian, horticultural and land based enterprises. Tony is an experienced Expert Witness, having given evidence at many planning inquires and appeal hearings. Tony is Secretary of the Rural Planning Division of BIAC and is a regular speaker on rural planning and diversification topics.

Verity Drewett BSc (Hons), MRICS, MBIAC Verity joined KCC in 2001 having graduated from Harper Adams University College. She is a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor and a Member of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants. Verity specialises in appraisals of need for agricultural / equestrian dwellings and buildings for applicants and local authorities alike. Verity also carries out agricultural input to Environmental Statements for non-agricultural development. Verity is a dairy farmer’s wife and keen horse rider. She is a former Young Farmers County Chairman and is still involved in the movement in an advisory capacity.

Sarah Kernon Sarah manages the business and is responsible for all accounting matters. Brought up on a dairy farm in Wiltshire, she has over two decades of experience with agricultural and environmental consultancies.

Sara Compton BA (Hons), MSc Sara has recently completed an MSc in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, for which she received a Distinction and was awarded Rural Professional Practice Student of the Year. Sara is now working towards her Assessment of Professional Competence. She carries out a variety of work for applicants and local authorities.
